🔎We are looking for junior recruitment consultants for spring 2026!

We are now looking for three recruiters for an exciting assignment with our client in Södertälje. Here you will have the opportunity to recruit operational roles within industry, warehousing, and production in an organization where the pace is high and delivery is central🚀

🎯About the role

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their HR career but who has prior experience in recruiting for operational roles such as: Warehouse staff, Forklift drivers, Assemblers, and Logistics personnel.

You will manage several parallel processes and be responsible for the entire candidate journey – from initial screening to placement. The role requires structure, decisiveness, and a creative mindset to identify the right competencies in a competitive market.

This is a perfect role for you who thrive in a changing environment and combine pace with quality. We hope you can start the assignment immediately in February/March 2026.

💼Your main responsibilities
  • Conduct phone screenings and structured interviews

  • Proactively and efficiently manage several parallel recruitment processes

  • Support and collaborate with hiring managers

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

  • Document accurately in recruitment systems and tools

  • Contribute to the development and improvement within the TA function

✅ We are looking for you who
  • Have at least 1–2 years of experience as a recruiter

  • Have a post-secondary education in HR or a related field

  • Have experience in recruiting for unionized professions

  • Have experience from the manufacturing industry (meritorious)

  • Are familiar with the Office suite and recruitment systems

  • Are confident in screening, evaluating, and interviewing candidates

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
